HUAYU-B series automatic  printer slotter die cutter machine

1.feeding unit:

a) adopting advanced lead edge system,with stable high speed,easy operation and high accuracy

b) high pressure centrifugal fans(7.5kw),the absorption force can be adjusted to different cardboard,thickness and dimension,frequency converter control the force,make sure the smoothly feeding,

c) the left,right bar is manually adjust,digital display,prompt,accurate and convenient,the gap of front bar is manually adjusted,

d) has interval paper feeding device,(continuous or interval feeding is optional),convenient for larger sized cardboard printing,

e) equipped with brush device(4kw)to sufficiently eliminate dust and scraps as well as foreign substances on the printing surface and to improve printing quality.

f) inverval of the feeding roller is adjusted by high precise worm box with a range of ***1mm,

g) the feeding roller is embossing and chrome plated and subject to balance alignment,

h) interlocking switch with slotting unit,realize the scram,stop feeding or re-feeding,forward and reverse jog,more humanity.

2.printing unit:

a) printing phase adopt electrical digital adjusting with **0 degree(stop and running),

b) printing roller with super quality steel plate object to balance alignment and chrome plated,steble operation and high speed,

c) ratchet coil axis with locking up device ensure more faster and precise plate installation,foot switch control the turning direction of roller,

d) anilox roller ,printing press roll adopt steel pipe with grinding and chrome plated,subject to balance alignment,stable operation

e) the gear can be adjusted without backlash mechanism.the adjustment does not affect the gear meshing to ensure transmission accuracy

d) DIF device with the anilox roller so that it can wipe ink,automatic racing device prevent dry of ink

f) auto-zero device ensuring uniform adjusted of the machine and decrease waste

3.slotting unit:           

a) equipped with 2 set of knife seat fixed many kinds of cardboard,the blade and lower edge knife is alloy steel with heat treatment and grinding,sharp blade and long lifespan

b) upper shaft diameter ,lower shaft diameter seamless steel pipe with twice grinding and chrome plated ,highly rigid shaft,hard-wearing,stably moving

c) four knives adjustment ,with length,width adjustment upper and lower knife stand,pressing line ,cutting knife ruler,pressing paper pole which have combined  movement by tools .saving order changing time

d) the length and wide of the carton is synchronic control and adjusted by tools with 4 knives united movement

e) corner cutting seat applies soft connect,prolong using life and prevent unclear cutting

f) slotting phase adopt electrical digital adjusting with **0 degree(stop and running)

4.die cutting unit:

a) rubber cushion roller cutting and repair mechanism,the rubber dressing can be used repeatedly which can save the using cost greatly

b)a speed difference off setting device is adopted that can automatically adjust the rotation speed of the rubber roller so that the die cutting carton has exactly the same shape sa the die shape

c) axially conjunct moving of the cam type soft roller is *0mm,uniform wear and tear,raise the occupation of the gum cover,save the cost

d) die cutting phase applies electric digital adjustment with **0 degree(both running and stop)

e) the feeder roller seamless steel pipe with 4 feeding rings ,dynamic balancing adjusted with stable operation,the surface is ground and electro-plated with hard chrome

f) feeding roller gear can be adjusted without backlash mechanism,the adjustment does not affect the gear meshing to ensure transmission accuracy
