Brief introduction of Ball grinder 

 Ball mill is key equipment to grind the crushed materials, and the ball mill is widely used in powder-making production line including cement, silicate, new-type building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ore dressing of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics, etc, with medium hardness. They are manufactured with highest quality material and workmanship;

 The ball grinder is mainly composed of feeding part, part, main bearing, barrel, transmission part, discharging part and main motor. The barrel of grinder is driven by the motor through transmission and reduction gears to rotate at a proper speed. The grinding media in the rotating barrel is lifted to a certain height and then acts by tossing and falling, by which the material is impacted and grinded. According to special requirement, the Ball Mill can be fit with air clutch, slow drive, jack system, lubricant injection device and so on. The main bearing can adopt sliding bearing, hybrid bearing, hydrostatic bearing or rolling bearing.

 Usually we advise that the ball mill under Φ***0 (included) should adopt rolling bearing, which has the advantages of simple structure, high efficiency, easy installation and convenient maintainance.

 The magnetic lining plate may be adopted for ball grinder as required, which is used as secondary crusher, and has the advantages of thin wall, light weight, long service life, low energy consumption and high efficiency in comparison with metal lining plate.
