(4)We only collectedone-time used emptiesfor producing. And the producing time of virgin empties mostly are after year of ***7. That can guarantee the empties we used for remanufactured are all at first grade.

(5)During producing,most factories only simply clearing the printer head and then refilling the empties directly, so they usually met the problem of printer-head blocked or cartridges could not be printed.

But our factory make a great difference during producing. We open the shell of the empties,clearing or changing the sponge to ensure there do not have any impurity in the cartridges, and then refill the cartridges.
