For industrial use,the bitter kola is used as additive in the production of Energy and Fizzy drinks as well as extracts in the preparation of pharmaceutical products.Recent research have shown that the bitter Kola has the following vitamins and minerals in rich content;VitaminC,Carbohydrate,Calcium,Pottasium,Iron Fat,Protein and Caffein.
The bitter kola seed can also be consumed without cooked just like other nuts.
