Pellet machine bearing working condition:
Our research is consistent with Exxonmobil, normally wood pellet machine bearing stable working temperature is around 150-180 ℃, the peak temperature during unstable situation is 180-200 ℃

Application:
TEKAMAN lubrication grease apply to horizontal type pellet mill, such as 420/508/500/520/620, grease every3-4hours; vertical type pellet machine, such as 560/600/700/800/850, grease 1 minute every 30-40 minutes.

Attention:
It is forbidden to mix with other lubricant.
Please ensure if lubricating grease can grease into roller successfully, and ensure electrical grease gun works well.
Changing raw material ( mixed with varied raw material/ raw material over dried in pellet mill) will lead to increase compression ratio of ring die and quick increase of machine temperature.
Roller assembly arise loose or tight condition causing increasing temperature of pellet mill.
