Our factory, sprawling over 120,000m², epitomizes our extensive operating capacity. The foundation of quality lies in the raw materials. Therefore, we procure Aluminum profile ingots from Australia and Canada with an Alu composition of up to 99.81%. Moreover, Aluminum profile alloys 6005, 6061, and 6063 are subjected to stringent metal composition analysis preceding the manufacturing phase.

Ensuring a consistent supply of goods and maintaining a seamless production process, the Tien Dat Aluminum profile ingot warehouse perennially sustains an inventory capacity of up to 3000 tons.

Our metallurgical furnace, encompassing an area of 1000m², operates at a substantial capacity, thereby maintaining a constant oven temperature. The entire system undergoes regular checks and maintenance on a monthly basis to uphold quality and safety standards.

Currently, Tien Dat operates more than 15 Aluminum profile extrusion lines with 1100 UST and 1880 UST, boasting a monthly output of approximately 2000 tons.
