One pencil need one paper size:*8.3CM**4CM,one newpaper generally could make 3 pcs.
Put papers under the cutter blade, press the handle, paper will be cutted into your needed size.

This machine used to roll the pieces of newspaper into pencil sticks.

3.Drying machine

4.Pencil cutting machine and the Pencil roughing machine

This machine is used to cut and polish the dry pencil sticks.
