Description

1. Eco-friendly
It is not re-burned using by burner or corona discharge dust collection method. It removes odor-causing substances and dust with water spray and filter. It is economical and eco-friendly because it doesn't use gas and require gas facilities.
2. Solve smoke and odor complaint
Water is first sprayed into the exhaust gas generated during roasting to remove chaff and dust. Secondly, it passes through the MPO filter and sprays water three times to remove fine dust and odors. The fourth step is micro-filter to remove fine dust and fines to reduce smoke and odor. (PM 2.5, PM10)
3. Fire prevention
Circulate water to remove dust. It prevents embers from spreading to the rear end of the duct.
4. Pleasant working environment
The heat generated during roasting is sprayed by circulating water to reduce the heat generated from the exhaust.
