Method of use

l. Tighten the switch of the multi-functional rolling bender, and grease the contact part between the supporting wheel and the mold and the bent workpiece.

2, according to the size of the bending pipe, select the corresponding bending die, installed in the piston rod end, the two supporting wheel corresponding size slot facing the bending die, pay attention to the supporting wheel should be placed in the wing plate surface edge of the corresponding size hole, "large size hole. And so on. Avoid two supporting wheel position asymmetry, damage mold and machine parts.

3. After placing the workpiece, cover the upper wing plate, press the bending mold to the workpiece with a fast pump, and then press the workpiece to the desired Angle with a slow pump. After bending, open and close, the working piston will automatically reset, open the upper wing plate, and take out the workpiece.
