Usage and function: It is one of the varieties with the smallest particle size, the highest reinforcement, and the best wear resistance in rubber carbon black. During mixing, it is important to pay attention to uniform dispersion to prevent excessive heating during mixing from causing scorching. If necessary, anti coking agents can be added or used in combination with other carbon black.

Physical and chemical properties: This product is a high structure ultra wear-resistant furnace black produced by a new process, characterized by fine particles and high structure. The iodine absorption value is **1g/kg, and the DBP absorption value is **2cm3/**0g.
Usage: This product is mainly used for tire tread, especially for high-speed passenger car tread, etc.
Usage and Function: This product has a general reinforcement performance and dispersibility in rubber material comparable to N**0, while the wear resistance of rubber material is better than N**0. In the N**0 series of carbon black, this product has good processing performance.

Physical and chemical properties: This product is a widely used high strength furnace carbon black with high structural properties, and its wear resistance is between super wear-resistant furnace black and high wear-resistant furnace black. Usage: Tire (off-road tire) tread compound with high strength and low heat generation requirements, also suitable for transportation belts, sealing products, color masterbatch and other high-quality rubber products.
Usage and Function: This product has physical and mechanical properties similar to that of slot black in natural rubber. The rubber material used with this product has high tensile strength, tear strength, wear resistance, and anti collapse performance. Compared with other high wear resistant furnace black materials, the rubber material has lower fixed elongation stress, higher elongation, and similar tensile strength. The wear resistance of this product is slightly worse than that of the Zhongchao wear-resistant series, but better than that of the slot method carbon black.
Usage: Used for tire tread, cord fabric rubber, inner side of tire, and various rubber industrial products.
Usage and Function: This product is a carbon black with good reinforcement performance, which can endow the rubber with good strength, elongation, tear resistance, wear resistance, and elasticity. The rolling loss (hysteresis loss) of passenger tires using this product is only greater than N**1 in N**0 series carbon black, which is smaller than other varieties. It also has good dispersion and extrusion performance in rubber materials and is suitable for various synthetic rubber and natural rubber.

Compared with N**0, its structure is higher and its particles are finer. The wear resistance and crack growth resistance of the rubber material are better than those of the high structure and wear resistant furnace black (N**7) produced by the old process.
Usage: Used for passenger tires, truck tire tread rubber, conveyor belt cover rubber, rubber hoses, and various rubber industrial products with high wear resistance requirements.
Usage and function: The reinforcing property, abrasion resistance and crack growth resistance of this product in tread compound are close to N**0 carbon black, and its extrusion performance is also good, especially suitable for Styrene-butadiene/Polybutadiene blend system. However, when using this product to produce tread compound, its Rolling resistance is the highest among N**0 series carbon black, which should be paid attention to when designing compound formula.
8. N**5
Other names: High abrasion furnace black high structure; HAF-HS
Physicochemical properties: This product is another new process high structure wear-resistant furnace black, with a slightly lower structure than N**9, and other properties similar to N**9. N**5 has an iodine absorption value of *0g/kg and a DBP absorption value of **4cm3/**0g.
Usage: This product has the same usage as N**9, mainly used for car tires, heavy-duty tires, and off-road tire tread rubber. It is also suitable for conveyor belt covering rubber and color masterbatch industries.
Usage and Function: Except for its structure and slightly lower vulcanization heat generation compared to N**9, other uses and effects of this product are basically the same as N**9.
9. N**0
Other names: Fast extrusion furnace black (FEF).
Physical and chemical properties: The iodine absorption value of this product is *3g/kg, the DBP absorption value is **1cm3/**0g, the particle surface is smooth, the structure is high, and its reinforcement performance is the best in soft carbon black.
Usage: Used in tire cord layer, sidewall, and extrusion and rolling products.
Usage and Function: This product is suitable for natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers, easy to disperse, and can give the rubber material high stiffness. It has fast extrusion speed, smooth extrusion surface, small mouth expansion, good high-temperature resistance and thermal conductivity of vulcanized rubber, and good reinforcement, elasticity, and demobilization properties. Other names: General purpose furnace black (GPF).
Physical and chemical properties: The iodine absorption value of this product is *6g/kg, and the DBP absorption value is *0cm3/**0g. This product has the high elongation stress of high elongation furnace black, good processing performance of fast pressing carbon black, high resilience of semi reinforced carbon black, and bending flexibility of fine particle carbon black, and is widely used.
Usage: This product is suitable for natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers, and is mainly used for buffer layer and cord layer rubber materials of tire bodies, inner tubes, bicycle tires, rubber pipes, tape, calendered products, model products, footwear, various industrial rubber products, as well as wires and cables.

Compared with semi reinforced carbon black, this product has a higher structure, slightly finer particles, and is easily dispersed in the rubber material.
