Working process: :
(1) Feeding the composite board along the feeding direction;
(2) Extruding the composite board through press rollers with protrusions on the surface, so that both sides of the composite board are formed with inward recesses;
(3) ) Synchronously spray and heat both sides of the extruded composite sheet, so that the metal plates on both sides are automatically separated from the middle core plate
This is automatic peeling method for composite plates.
The composite plates are squeezed by pressing rollers to form pits on both sides, which increases the surface area of the metal plate and the core plate and the contact area between the two;
The composite plate is heated by spraying fire. Because the metal plate and the core plate have different materials and different thermal expansion coefficients, the two can automatically separate from each other after thermal expansion.
