Vacuum Gas Press Sintering Furnace

Application:
The furnace is periodic operation, under the condition of high temperature and atmosphere pressure, mainly used to sinter cemented carbide, ceramics and powder metallurgy shaping.

1, The furnace is vertical or horizontal structure. It comprises furnace body, heating and thermal insulating system, furnace cover and lifting device, vacuum system, atmosphere control system, temperature control and gauging system etc.
2,The double shell configuration with the built-in water cooling jacket. Material of furnace shell makes use of special *6MnR pressure vessel steel plate. Side of furnace has the hole of temperature measurement, evacuating hole and gas-in hole.
3,The heater is made of the isostatic pressing graphite. Power supply is a low voltage large current transformer. Insulating lining is made of graphite felt and carbon deposition fiber composite material. Furnace cover is the plate geared ring structure with the built-in water cooling jacket. The cover is opened and closed by an electric device.  
4,High pressure gas pipeline is made referring to the safety concept of German congeneric products, which has safety valve, pressure relay and electric or pneumatic inflating valve, which are very reliable and safe.
5,Temperature measurement adopts S-type thermocouple and optical-fiber double-color infrared thermometer, below ***0℃，gauging the temperature uses the tungsten sheath tungsten-rhenium thermocouple.
6. Electrical control is performed by PLC plus touching screen, automatic operation, easy to use. Control system owns light-sound alarm and automatic protective function on water failure, over-temperature and over-current etc., operating safely and reliably.
