Principle of Garlic Bulb Breaking and Peeling Machine :
Put the garlic which has been removed the root into the hopper in the elevator, and then stepless speed adjusting elevator will sent evenly the garlic to the segment separator/garlic separating machine. After separating, the garlic segments will enter in the peeling machine where it has a particular pressure ventilation, and then the peeling garlic cloves into the conveying picker to pick the unqualified garlic by manual picking, and finally the qualified garlic segments will enter the next procedure.
Small Garlic Separator:
Working principle: The garlic flapping machine adopts flexible squeezing between the silica gel flat plate and its upper silica gel taper plate to simulate manual operation.
Separating principle:There is a pressure buffer function between the whole silica gel flat plate and silica gel tapered plate,which does not harm garlic and can obtain the effect of splitting, and the rate of splitting can reach more than 95%.
This garlic breaking machine adopts imitation of hand movements by using high standards of pure soft rubber wheel, so that the garlic bulb can be separated effectively. Besides, garlic breaking machine can break garlic bulb with different size by adjusting the space of roller. And there is blower in the machine, so garlic skin, garlic rod and garlic clove can be separated automatically.
