1.High hardness: 20 times the
strength of plaster bandage.
2.Light weight: 1/5 the weight of traditional plaster bandage.
3.Rapid prototyping: 10 minutes to start curing, 20 minutes for
complete solidification,30 minutes to repair.
4.Good air permeability: Unique network structure can maintain good
air flow, and prevent skin from dampness, burning and itching.
5.Strong permeability: It has excellent transparency to the
radiation, and the X-ray effect picture is clear.
6.Waterproof: 85% waterproof. The injured part of the patient
remains dry after contact with water.
7.Simple Operations: Use requirements friendly.
8.Environmental protection: 100% flammable.
9.Convenient demolition: Remove with electric plaster saws.
10.Wide applicability: Orthopedic external fixation, orthopedic
tools for orthopedic surgery, prosthetic auxiliaries, support
tools.Local protective stents in the department of burn injury and
so on.
Usage
Step 1 Open the package
and take out the splint.
Step 2 Immerse the splint
in water at room temperature of 20℃-25℃ for 4-8 seconds, and
squeeze the non-woven cotton by hand, repeat 2-3
times.
Step 3 Take out the splint
and squeeze it by hand or wrap it in a dry towel to remove excess
moisture.
Step 4 Place the thick
non-woven cotton layer on the inside of the splint close to the
skin where it needs to be fixed.
Step 5 According to the
actual need, the splint to carry on the shape cutting and secure
with gauze bandage or elastic bandage.
Step 6 Polymer splint
fixation should be completed within 3-5 minutes, about 10 minutes
to start hardening, after 20 minutes the complete curing, after 30
minutes the shape bearing.
Step 7 If the fixation
site has skin trauma or needs to operate for a longer period of
time, the splint can first not soak in water, directly with gauze
bandage or elastic bandage wrapped fixed on the thin outer layer of
non-woven cloth to spray water to accelerate the
hardening.
Step 8 The splint can be
easily removed.
Notice
1.Its conducive to detumescence for
padding affected limb to avoid swelling.
2.Observe the condition of the affected limb closely. If there is
severe pain, purple coldness, or abnormal flexibility of fingers or
toes, immediately release the splint. Do not delay the time,
otherwise it is easy to cause severe consequences such as
ulceration due to pressure on the limb skin.
3.The finger or toe that shows splint outside should exercise often
activity, in order to promote blood circulation, accelerate
fracture to heal.
4.Observe good personal hygiene and keep the affected area clean
and dry.Keep warm in winter to avoid frostbite.
5.Regular review. The splint loose must be fixed again when founded
loose. The general review should be conducted within 1 week after
the splint fixed, and then every two to three weeks until the
fracture heals.
6.Do not remove the splint without special circumstances. Contact
your doctor if you have any problems.
7.If you need more than two bags, use one bag and then open the
second bag.
8.Store at room temperature in a dry environment. Do not damage the
outer packing to avoid hardening and failure.
9.The rate of hardening time is proportional to the temperature and
the amount of wet water.
