Features of Copper clad aluminum enameled wire: 

 

1.DC resistivity:the DC resistivity of copper clad aluminum enameled wire is 1.***1.*5 times that of the pure copper wire;for equivalent resistance value,the weight of copper- clad aluminum wire is only 1/2 that of the pure copper wire.

 

  

 

2.Supreme solderability; with a coat of pure coat,the Enameled CCA wire boasts the same brazeability ad the pure copper wire,no need for special treatment,meanwhile,Enameled CCA wire is coated witha thick copper layer to ensure that the solderbility shall not be harmed during the scrape

 

  

 

3.Light weight:the density of Enameled CCA wire is only 1/2.5 that of the pure copper wire of the same diameter,which can efficiently reduce the weight of coil;the replacement of copper wire with Enameled CCA wire can realize a cost saving of more than *0%.
