Product Description

Dried macadamia kernel wholes, halves and/or pieces obtained in a *8% from Macadamia integrifolia and 2% from Macadamia tetraphylla. To assure that our product has the best quality for consumption, our kernel processing factory operates under HACCP standards. Each year, it is third party audited to assure the best manufacturing practices are in place. Soon we will be migrating to operate under GFSI schemes. *5 pounds (*1.*4kg) of the product is sealed with vacuum in a trilaminate bag. The bag is placed inside a corrugated cardboard box.To maintain shelf life, the product must be stored at least at *5°C inside its original packaging. Contact with oxygen must be avoided.
