Mazut is a heavy low quality oil used in generating plan and similar application, Mazut fuel is fuel that is manufactured to Gost specification
The main difference between different Mazut is the Sulphur content, the grades are represented by the following sulfuric levels.
Very low sulphur- is Mazut with sulphur content as low as 0.5%
Low Sulphur - is Mazut with sulphur content of 0.**1.0%
Normal Sulphur- is Mazut with sulphur content of 1.**2.0%
High Sulphur- is Mazut with sulphur content of 2.**3.5%
Very low sulphur Mazut is generally made from the lowest sulphur crude feedstock
