What's QGX Limit Switch?

QGX Type Hoist Limiter is a new product designed and manufactured by WTAU Company basing on studying the same kind products from STEMMANN Company in Germany and other foreign professional companies, considering the practicalequipment condition of cranes.

It is an advanced safety device to limit lifting height adapting to different kinds of crane.

The limiter works with gear worm, cam and limit switch. it has many advantages such as light weight, small cubage, being convenient to installation and debug, sensitive and exact response, stable and reliable, long life using, and so on, it is used in limiting to both up and down, and can interchange with old type screw structure height limiter.


How Does QGX Limit Switch Work?

When barrel arbor driven gear worn to turn, the drum on the worm wheel will turn together .when it turns to a position, the flange part of the worm wheel will contact the limit switch and make it work to shut down the driving power of up and down, and the hanger will stop at the limit position. The product has four limit switches, which can be designed by users themselves. Generally，two guards can be settled for each up and down, which are alarming limit and guard limit.

A7: The Product Warranty for the total item is 12 months. Any problem after installation, we will change the new one for free.

Q8: How to install the LMI? 
A8: English User Manual(include all the details of each item) will be offered for installation and trouble shooting(refer to the pic below). Also free Remote Instant Technical assistance would be offered by our english engineers. Or we can send our engineers to assist you locally(for a fee).
