1. Melt spraying method, is by the polymer particles after high temperature melting through melt spraying combined die

stretched into micro filaments, which are received by the negative pressure forming network to produce a kind of non-woven fabric with micro pores.

Spun-bonded method means that the polymer particles are extruded from the spinning hole after melting at high temperature and become thinner and longer through air drafting with larger pores and poor filtering effect.
