Types of non-woven fabrics: Non-woven products are divided into two categories, melt spraying and spun-bond.
1. Melt spraying method, is by the polymer particles after high temperature melting through melt spraying combined die
extrusion, under the action of high temperature and high pressure airflow inside the spinneret, the melt fiber is sprayed and
stretched into micro filaments, which are received by the negative pressure forming network to produce a kind of non-woven fabric with micro pores.

After that the fabric was implanted by electrostatic electrets, so as to filter and block bacterial micro molecules.
1. Spun-bonded method means that the polymer particles are extruded from the spinning hole after melting at high temperature and become thinner and longer through air drafting with larger pores and poor filtering effect. It is generally used in the cuter layer of masks to support and filter large particles.
