Product Description

~The conventional vegetable oils or fats refining process is based on three main stages: neutralizing, bleaching and deodorizing.
For all raw materials with peculiar characteristics the use of additional, or alternative process is required, bleaching with acid degumming, winterizing or dewaxing, dry fractionation, physical refining.
In bleaching, the removal of bleaching clay from the product is realized into filters, with or without oil recovery from spent filtration cake.
Deodorizing or physical refining plant installed and operating at so many factories the world over, separated vapors suction from each stage, high efficiency of direct steam injection system, high efficiency vapor scrubbing, easy and rational plant layout configuration.
