Crude Palm kernel oil decoloring process: White clay makes continuously decolorization of crude palm kernel oil, and enters Crude Palm kernel fractionation process
Fractionation is the special treatment for palm oil, cooling palm oil, high melting point component will crystallize, through twice filtration can fractionation of three different melting products, palm stearic melting point high than *0℃， palm palmit melting point at about *0℃，the liquid palm oil melting point is below *0℃，liquid palm oil quality can reach high grade cooking oil standard. Palm oil fractionation technology divides palm oil into liquid and solid oil by different welding points and different solution of various triglycerides composing oil.
