HDPE communication pipe is a permanent solid lubricant and new type of composite pipe which inner wall has silicone material. Single Screw Extruder: Special separate mixing screw. It adopts direct currency convertor and high efficiency screw which make material plasticization even, high output and stability. 
    Extrusion Die: Unique design, co-extrusion molds and producing together with three extruders.
    Vacuum Calibrating Water Tank: Vacuum sizing and circulation spraying cooling. The body is stainless steel board with ABS nozzle and can be adjusted from three dimensions.
    Water Spraying Tank: High efficiency pump and special spray head make efficient cooling
    Haul-off Machine: Automatic clamping, frequency convertor, stable and reliable performance and simultaneous work speed with the whole extrusion line.
    Cutting Machine: Its advantages are dustless cutting, low noise, low energy consumption, easy operation, long use life and the cutting surface smooth.
    Control System: SIEMENS PLC control system and human-machine dialogue make the temperature control, extruding output, haul-off and winding speed, automatic counting, and automatic printing program control.
