Features of Pine nut processing line
1. Dry the immature pine cone with a dryer
2. The thresher threshes the dried pine cone in a rolling
manner
3. If necessary, pine nuts with different sizes can be graded.
4. The sheller removes the pine nut shell, and the unhulled pine
nut can be automatically returned to the sheller for shelling
again. The pine nut shelling machine adopts the combination of
dynamic friction and collision to improve the shelling efficiency
and reduce the crushing rate. The gap of the glue stick of the
shelling machine can be adjusted according to the size of the
material to increase the shell opening rate and reduce the crushing
rate.
5. After the shelling, the pine nut shell and the kernel are mixed
together, and the shell kernel separation part is separated from
the pine nut kernel by the positive pressure ratio repeating
peeling machine with excellent performance.
