Type PCFK series of reversible impact hammer crusher are mainly used for breaking coal for vulcanized bed boiler of power plant with inlet size *0mm and outlet size less than 8mm. Because the required fuel for vulcanized bed boiler is coal granule instead of coal powder, it is required to obtain ideal granule after crushed by crusher. During working, the shape of breaking plate has serious effects on breaking result, usually the surface of breaking plate shapes like corrugation or involute, but breaking plate with corrugation has disadvantage of low efficiency while involte is difficult to fabricate. However, the new design of breaking plate for type PCFK series of reversible impact hammer crusher can obtain best breaking efficiency and simple fabrication, considering good features of corrugation and involute combining with bumping features of material. There is no screen strip designed at outlet of this type of crusher, but such construction is suitable for fuel coal for vulcanized bed boiler. Though installing screen strip at outlet can control final size without excessive lump, it can cause over-breaking, as a result, large amount coal powder can occur arising from extrusion and shear between hammer and screen strip. In addition, it will largely affect breaking efficiency with screen strip in case material to be crushed is too wet to block screen opening. Type PCFK series of reversible impact hammer crusher can rotate in two directions, it means when one side of hammer is seriously wear, make rotor rotate reversely, so it can prolong the service life of hammer and reduce the frequency of maintenance. With hammers placed around rotor like screw shape, it has advantages of even grain size and breaking efficiency. The crusher body of reversible impact hammer crusher is composed of lower part, side part and middle part with liner inside wall. With inspection windows and overhauling gate on the body, it is easy to check the running of crusher and carry out regular maintenance.
