Product Description

Sandwich panels are composite structural elements featuring an insulating core (PIR, PUR, Mineral Wool, or EPS) bonded between two metal skins, typically 0.4mm to 0.7mm galvanized or prepainted steel. They utilize tongue-and-groove or cam-lock joints for airtight thermal performance.

Packaging & Transport Details



* Surface Protection: Each panel face is covered with a ***0 micron PE protective film to prevent scratches during fabrication and assembly.

* Cushioning: EPS (polystyrene) blocks or foam spacers are placed between the bottom panel and the pallet/ground every 1.2m to allow for forklift access and prevent base deformation.

* Wrapping: Bundles are fully encased in moisture-proof stretch wrap or heat-shrink plastic to protect against dust and rain during transit.

* Edge Defense: Reinforced plastic or cardboard corner protectors are placed under steel or nylon tension straps to prevent the straps from cutting into the panel edges.

* Stacking: For sea freight, bundles are often limited to 2,**0kg3,**0kg to ensure safe handling within containers.
