The "Original Ssamjang Seasoning" (SEOUL SEASON) is a Ssamjang flavored seasoning processed in a grated form so that user can simply sprinkle over any of desired dish to give relish to it. The term, Ssamjang, is a word referring to seasoning very familiar to almost all Koreans, as such seasoning is and has been widely applied to many korean dishes as a natural flavoring to enhance the flavor of the dish.  Since it is usually made of fermented soybean and pepper paste in optimal proportion, it gives a high level of savory taste to the dish. The food engineer of ours, however, had thought out to turn the original thick-liquid form of Ssamjang into a grated form through a unique grating process. Moreover, such grated seasong has been packaged in a touch-open dispenser so that the users can easily carry it around and sprinkle over any of dishes they desire at any settings. Made in Korea, the Original Ssamjang Seasoning was produced in HACCP certified and Halal accreditated facility so that the safety and quality of product itself has been completely attested to a reliable extent.
