Brief Description

Shipbuilding gantry crane is of gantry crane with large lifting capacity, long span, multi-function and high efficiency, which can be widely used in shipyard / dock to sectional transport large ship board, joint and turn over.

Technical Characteristics

- 1. Enjoy such function as single lift, lift together, turn-over in the air, little level rotary in the air;

- 2. Types of main beam are single type and double type, and optimization design of variable section being applied on main beam to use material reasonably;

- 3. Rigid leg of gantry has single column type and double column type for customer’s selection;

- 4. There are 2 hooks on the upper trolley, which were placed on the outside of main beam and can cross traversing 0~2m alone or at same time;

- 5. There are 2 hooks on the lower trolley, which were placed under central position of main beam;

- 6. The upper trolley and lower trolley can work across each other;

- 7. All lifting mechanism and traveling mechanism is of variable speed control;

- 8. There is maintenance crane at side of rigid leg and on top of main beam to maintenance the upper trolley and lower trolley;

- 9. There is elevator inside rigid leg to facilitate operator and repair person;

- *0. Such tie-down as rail clamp, ground anchor, anchor chain are placed to prevent storm.

Main Technical Specification

- Lifting capacity is ***0 ton (max.) (include main hook and aux. hook of upper, and of lower trolley).

- The span is of *0m (max.).

- Lifting speed for both upper trolley and lower trolley is of variable speed.

- Lifting height can be **0m or as required.

- Trolley traversing speed is variable one and according to the real requirements.

- Power source for double girder gantry crane is the one of your local power. So, please let me know it when you send your RFQ.

Material for Crane Construct

- Material for general crane construct is Q**5B, which should be changed into Q**5B when the limit temperature is below **0 centigrade.

- Material for crane wheel is *2 CrMo.

- Portal hook for ladle is forged one.

- The steel rope is flexible one or customer’s required.

Component Used on Crane

- Electric motor is well-known one in China, like Jiamusi or other international one like ABB, SEW and so on as customer’s requirement.

- Reducer is SEW of other equivalent ones.

- Inverter is Schneider, ABB or some other international ones.

- Such important electric components as breaker, contactor, and fuse are of Schneider, Siemens and so on.

- Other ones can be followed according to our customer’s requirement.

Design Standard

GB/T ********8 or equivalent international ones

Package

- Main girder, rigid leg, flexible leg, ground beam and other large component covered by rain-proof clothes.

- Other components like electric motor, electric hoist, cable and so on in wooden box.

- Pipe pieces like handrail, ladders are bundled and coat with yellow oil for transportation.

- Some other package methods which will benefit our product will also be appreciated.

Delivery

- Delivery time for the crane can be negotiated according to site requirements and our workshop scheme.

Shipment

- Dispatch port can be Shanghai Port, Tianjin Port or some other China port suitable for loading of such equipment.

- Bulk cargo vessel will be used for shipment.

- We can recommend our forward to our customer, and the forward appointed by our customer is also appreciated.
