Sliding Refrigeration doors are designed for use in rooms that require maintaining a set temperature: medium and low temperature cold rooms, warehouses, logistics centers. PH Insulations Sliding Doors are easy to operate and will save your space.

Door leaf
Thedoor leaf, including the ends of the panel, is made of 0.5 mm thick steel sheet, which (unlike end plastic profiles) allows to withstand mechanical shocks and loads. Rigid polyurethane foam with a density of up to *0 kg/m3 is used as a core.

Metal ends give the doors additional resistance to side impacts that are unavoidable during operation.
Depending on the degree of aggressiveness of the working environment of your project, PH Insulation will produce sliding door leafs with the following types of metal:

- Galvanized steel, painted with white polymer paint, RAL ***3 or you can order the door leaf in any color of your choice according to the RAL catalogue
- Galvanized steel, unpainted
- Aisi **0 all-purpose stainless steel
- Aisi **4 food grade stainless steel
- Granite Farm organic coat steel for agricultural facilities
- Food Safe laminated steel

The doors are wrapped in *0 μm thick film to prevent damage when transporting or mounting, the film is easily removed after the installation.

Gaskets
Sliding doors are equipped with tape-like sealing gaskets made of EPDM rubber with a layer of sticky reinforced adhesive protected by tread paper. Gaskets in sliding doors are used at the bottom of the door leaf in the non-threshold doors and along the perimeter of the leaf in all options.

Door frame
Your door frame will be produced of 2 mm thick steel sheet and painted with the color of your choice or standard white RAL ***3. PH Insulation doors and frames are fully customizable with a choice of colors and steel: stainless steel frame AISI **4 for food facilities or AISI **0 for non-food ones.
Door frame is mounted to the outer wall of the doorway with the mounting kit that is included in the door package.
Door frame size depends on door opening dimensions:
- Door frame width = opening width + **0 mm
- Door frame height = opening height + **0 mm (non-threshold option)
- Door frame height = opening height + **0 mm + threshold height (threshold option).

Door hardware
PH Insulation Sliding Doors are equipped with:

- Heavy-duty metal PH Insulation hardware for sliding doors

- Spanish KIDE and Coldtech door hardware

- French Fermod door hardware

- German Rahrbach door hardware

The service life of heavy-duty metal PH Insulation hardware is increased by 1.5 times thanks to upgraded elements made by PH Insulation.The guide profiles are made of anodized aluminum and withstand loads up to **0 kg. PH Insulation SD system of side guides is located on the wall, on a sandwich panel, without fixing to the floor.
Thanks to such design, foreign objects do not fall into the guides which means increased reliability and durability of the mechanisms. The rollers of the brackets and the sets of stops and grips are made of oil-filled polyamide, which ensures constant self-lubrication of the mechanism.
Single leaf sliding doors are equipped with Kide or Coldtech door hardware by default: Box A, Box B or Box C, Fox F, Box E, sliding door lock.
Heavy-duty single leaf sliding doors are equipped with PH Insulation door hardware, Kide and Fermod door hardware: Box A, Box B or Box C, Box D, Box H (if the door leaf is thicker than **0 mm), Fermod ***0 internal handle, heavy duty door stopper and Kide sliding door lock.
