These machines is used to make the hand made soap.  Different shape soap can be made by change different mold.

Raw Material Mixing Melting ---Soap Liquid Pour Into Mold Tube ---Cooling ---Demolding Machine Push The Formed Soap Strip Out From the Soap Mold---Soap Cutting Machine Cut th Long Soap Strip Into Small Soap Bar--- Stamping Machine Stamp Logo Onto the Soap Surface


 

 The production process as below: 

1. Put the raw material oil and soda(Or soap base) and other ingredients into the mixer to melt and mix.

2. Put the material which has been mixed into the soap molds to cool it as soap strips.

3. Push out the soap strips by the soap pusher.

4. Cut the strips into the pieces.

5. Put the soap piece into the mold of stamping machine to form the soap

6. Finally put the finished soaps on the conveyor of the soap packing machine
