It is an ideal small workshop machine for use by a business carpenter, DIY enthusiast, or hobby woodworker as it can be used for a number of possible tasks.

This multi-functional woodworking machine will carry out almost all woodworking operations. It comprises a surfacer, thicknesser, Circular saw, spindle moulder and morticer.

It cuts joints and mouldings of all types with superb accuracy. Three separate motors and selection switches enable you to change from one operation to the next with speed and safety.

Surfacer - Because of the Roblands 2 extra long tables, both hand-screw adjusted, wood can be faced and squared to a high degree of accuracy.
The safety type cutterblock is balanced for vibration free running. Two HSS planer knives are spring loaded for easy setting and are fitted ready for use.
A self following rear guard is incorporated into the adjustable fence which can be tilted up to *5 degrees. Also included is the operational bridge type cutter block guard.

Thicknesser - By raising the tables clear and fitting the combined guard and chip deflector thicknessing can be performed without any table obstruction. Power operated feed rollers can be disengaged by a clutch
lever when not required. An anti kick device is fitted enabling more than one piece of stock to be machined safely without possibility of ejection.
The large diameter columns supporting the thicknessing table can be adjusted by a lockable handwheel and set against the easily read scale.

Circular Saw - Single lockable levers control both rise and fall and tilting movement.
The ball bearing mounted spindle is fitted with a tungsten carbide tipped saw blade and the riving knife supports the adjustable guard. A rip fence and mitre guide is supplied. For panel and cross-
cutting, a sliding table mounted on a bearing carriage way is also supplied.

Spindle Moulder - A large diameter spindle with spacing collars runs in high speed bearings at ***0 rpm. Rise and fall is controlled by a lockable hand wheel. The fence has two independent micro-adjustable faces
which permits a perfect setting to be made. A hold down and side pressure spring unit is fitted.
For end grain shaping, the saw bench sliding table can be used.

Morticer - Having a 3 jaw chuck directly mounted on the end of the planer cutter block, allows mortice cutter and boring bits up to *6 mm to be fitted. The table is independently raised and lowered by a lockable
hand wheel, the longitudinal and traversal movements by lever operation. Adjustable length and depth stops for repetition mortices are provided.
