High temperature vacuum brazing furnace

Application： 

Vacuum brazing furnace are mainly applied for vacuum brazing, solution aging and bright annealing of high speed, high-alloyed tool and die steel and electrical magnetic material, nonferrous metal and stainless steel etc., also for sintering of magnetic material. 



Features：

The furnace uses molybdenum belt, graphite tube or rod as heating element,  mainly made up of furnace shell, heating element, thermal insulation shield, vacuum system and electrical control system.

1 Double-layer furnace shell with built-in water cooling jacket, stainless steel inner layer with the bright polish, outer layer is carbon steel with the rust-proof treatment or stainless steel.

2 Heating element made of high-purity graphite tube or rod, surrounded by thermal radiation shield made of hard felt and graphite composite, rational layout of heating element conducives to improve temperature uniformity.

3 Control mode of PLC plus touching screen, automatic operation, simple to operate it.

4 Control system owns light-sound alarm and automatic protective function on water failure, over -temperature and over-current etc., operating safely and reliably.
