I am very impressed with how easy and smooth this transaction was. Della offered me a lovely range of clothing that are all authentic. She made sure that I knew the quality and the downfalls of each and every product. When a small problem arrived she phoned me straight away and apoliged and fixed the problem immediantly. After payment I received my items in 7 days. I feel totally comfortable with the company. There customer service is outstanding. I bought 168 pieces of children's clothing for US $598.50 and this included postage. Della was prepared for me to pay via paypal if I wanted to but she made me feel so at ease that I decided to pay via Western Union. After payment was made and within the 7 days until the items arrived Della was in contact with me through out nearly every day. She gave me a tracking number and actually tracked the item herself for me to let me know that the items had come into my country. When I received my package it was very well packed. Everything was in there that was supposed to be in there and the qualtiy of the items were actually better than that of the photo's. I will be dealing with this company all the time now.
