TradeKey.com Refund Policy

Since our services are customized, digital, and activated immediately upon purchase, we follow a no-refund policy.

1. General Refund Policy

TradeKey.com provides intangible services such as membership subscriptions, marketing solutions, lead generation, and buyer engagement tools in form of Packages like Silver Key, Gold Key, Gold Key Plus and VIP services, all of which require upfront operational investment. Due to this nature, we do not offer refunds once a service has been activated or delivered.

However, we are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and will always strive to resolve any concerns through alternative solutions where possible.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable, as the costs are incurred immediately upon activation:

A. Membership Plans

  • Memberships (Silver Key, Gold Key, Gold Key Plus and VIP) provide instant access to TradeKey’s business network and premium services.
  • Once a membership is activated, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

B. Digital Marketing & Promotions

  • Services such as banner advertisements, sponsored listings, and featured promotions are initiated as per client requests.
  • Since ad placements and promotions require advance scheduling and execution, these are non-reversible and non-refundable.

C. Lead Generation & Buyer Inquiries

  • Our team works diligently to source, verify, and connect buyers with suppliers.
  • Since operational costs are incurred in this process, refunds cannot be issued after leads are shared.

D. Custom Business Solutions

  • Tailored solutions such as SEO services, digital consultancy, website development, and other technical integrations require dedicated resources.
  • As these involve ongoing operational and technical efforts, refunds are not possible once the service has begun.

3. Dispute Resolution & Alternative Solutions

While refunds are not offered, we understand that concerns may arise. In such cases, we encourage clients to reach out to our Customer Support Team, and we will make every effort to provide:

Additional support to optimize service utilization.

Alternative solutions where feasible, such as extending service duration.

Guidance on maximizing service benefits for better results.

4. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

To maintain transparency and fairness, we kindly request that clients contact us directly in case of any payment-related concerns.

  • Unauthorized Transactions: If a payment was made without your authorization, please report it to us within 48 hours so we can investigate and assist accordingly
  • Chargebacks: If a chargeback is filed with a payment provider (bank, PayPal, credit card company), it may lead to temporary account suspension. We encourage open communication so that we can find a resolution together.
