Dear Sir, My End seller has just got some allocations for jet fuel,Mazut and d*2 for spot deal and the D*2 allocation they got is 4million MT,Mazut is 6million MT, this information i got from my insider that works in the end seller company, it will be advisable for you to contact my end seller company and negotiate for a spot deal either for Jet Fuel,Mazut or D*2 which i know that the procedures will be as follows:Paying for the transportation of the said allocations that means your product or making a deposit of %2 face value to ESCROW collateral Gaurranty Company that will be nominated by the End Seller Company. From my own point of view, i believe that to create a first time record with my end Seller, it will be better for you to get allocation of the pipeline after signing of the Draft Contract and recieving the partial POP from the End Seller, after that you can pay for the Transportation fee by pipeline to the End Buyer&#**9;s discharging port. In other for us to achieve a succesfull and speedy transaction you have to follow my instructions which are : Contacting my End Seller and presenting an ICPO that indicates that your buyer accepts to pay for the transportation fee of the said products to his/her destination port or you the buyers mandate to pay for the transportation fee directly to Transneft account.
