COLD RECLAIMING OF RUBER SCRAP WITH FLEXON-K*4 SERIES During the moulding of rube3r products, a certain amount of excess compound flows out wehich is known as mould flashes. Process:-Ruber Flashes are put on a tight nip mixing mill along with *0gms of Flexon/kg. of the scrap to be processed. The mill is run for about *0 to *5 min, till soft mass without grains is obtained.In some cases sheet may be obtained by adding 8 to *0% oi8l. This is your final processed material. This processed material can be added on to your virgin compound, at the time of adding fillers in your compound up to the extent of *0% to *5% of your batch size.
