honey is a kind of sweet substance contained sugar that is fully brewed by bees themselves from collected plants nectar and honeydew, and contains multi sugar, which mainly are fructose and glucose. Besides those, it contains organic acid, enzyme and solid matter like plants pollen that comes from the collection of bees. The odor and tinct of honey varies with different kinds of flower and the tinct is water white, amber or deep color. Honey is the ropy fluid under normal conditions and may partially or wholly crystallize when being reserved for longer time or under lower temperature.
