FMC developed four models of band sawing machines especially for the sawing of structure steel. All the four models are developed for mitre cutting of profiles. Hydraulic tightening device can tighten the band so as to adjust the blade for cutting. Double-blade-guides been equipped: the first guide is fixed on one side of the profile, and the other is on the opposite side of the profile, this is mobile and its extension is hydraulically controlled. The blade-guide is equipped with a self-adjustable guiding system to keep the band teeth always perpendicular to the cutting section. Hydraulic vertical hold-downs that manually slide on prismatic guides. Two group hydraulic vices to clamp the profile while being cut at any degree. The sawing machine can be combined with a drilling system for two procedures in one continuous process.
