High Voltage Static Spraying Machines (HVSSM) is a high-tech product adopted advanced electrostatic spraying technology. It is use for spraying antirust oil on welding wire surface, and the oil mist on welding wire would be thin and well-proportioned. It&#**9;s widely used in cold rolling mill production line. Operating principle: The power system supply **0KV DC to the oil spraying electrode, and the static is produced between the electrode and welding wire . After many times of atomization processes, the positively charged oil mist move to the negatively charged welding wire, then the oil mist adsorbed on the welding wire.
