This seller is strong in JP*4 FOB Rotterdam.(FOB Houston can be arranged) Product is readily available for immediate lifting. BUYER has access to JPA1 and D2 once they purchase JP*4 Purchase once from this SELLER and BUYER never has to proof up again Swift M***9 (no blocked funds) or Swift RWA gets SGS and TSR the same day. Procedures: *-Buyer accepts sellerâ??s procedures without change and upon acceptance of sellerâ??s procedures, Seller receives the buyers name and buyer receives sellerâ??s name. *-Buyer receives the draft MT***9 verbiage for review (No Blocked Funds) and Buyer issues an ICPO. For an ICPO to be accepted by the seller, the ICPO shall be issued on the buyerâ??s letterhead and shall contain the sellerâ??s procedures copied on the ICPO without change, full banking details, soft probe authorization, buyers contact information, signature and seal. *-Seller issues Draft Contract and IMFPA/NCNDA to the Buyer. 4a- Option #1 Buyerâ??s Banker Swifts MT***9 message (NO BLOCKED FUNDS) to Sellerâ??s Bank attesting to the capability of buyer. The MT***9 verbiage that is provided must be exactly as illustrated. 4b-Option #2: The Buyers Banker Swifts an RWA message to Sellers bank attesting to the capability of buyer.
