San Javier Caprinos ***** Frozen goat meat in *-way cut (2 legs, 2 front quarters, 2 ribs with steak and back). Each cut wrapped in an individually labeled transparent bag. All the cuts go in a cardboard box with an inscription both in English and Spanish with Halal certification. The product doesn�t include head, offal or fat. The animals are fed on natural pastures in the area of the Andes. The animals are not kept in stock. They are slaughtered when they�re sold.
