Description

 Our Principal has introduced light duty shredder model ZBS especially for small lumps. The ZBS shredder has been developed as an economical alternative to the ZSS series shredders. The main application is pre shredding of small lumps commonly accumulated in injection / extrusion process during color changes and start up.

The machine is fed via double walled sound dampening hopper which can be turned in 3 directions to easily adapt to existing installations. Different material discharge options are available *****; Open outlet to feed into bins, suction troughs to connect to a blower system, direct transfer into another machine or onto a conveyor. Hopper and discharge design can be tailored to accommodate specific needs.
 
The cutting chamber is designed with a strong tangential in feed thus eliminating, the need for hydraulic feeding system. The **0 mm diameter E style rotor is directly driven by a geared motor ensures smooth operation.
