Description
Our Principal has developed a system of recycle tyres (both
radial & non-radial). This system is equipped with shredder,
granulator, pulverizer and also metal separator & zig zag
sifter to produce metal & nylon free rubber crumb.
The metal separator removes both the ferrous & non ferrous
metal.
The zig zag sifter removes the nylon fibre from the
granules
Advantages of using Tyre Recycling System:
• Shredded rubber can be mixed with asphalt for road surfacing
and making children's playgrounds
• Tyres can be recycled into rubber based products such as
heavy duty rubber mats, shoe soles, mats for cars, hinges for
gates, rubber cords for tethering animals, bags and seating
• Tyres can be burnt for energy recovery, as well as crumbed
and mixed with soil to aid drainage in parks and as sea defenses to
reduce coastal erosion
