We provide the moulds design and manufacture and assembly service, and also provide the standard tooling components for the die casting ***** Die casting Dies caonsist of two major sections: the ejector die half and the cover die half. And the die cavities and cores are usually machined into inserts that are fitted into each of these halves. The cover die half is secured to the stationary platen, while the ejector die half is fastened to the movable platen. The cavity and matching core must be designed so that the die moulds can be pulled away from the solidified casting.
