1 For plates wider than*4 in(**0mm), the Elongatior requirment is reduce Two Percentage points.
2 For normal thickness 5/*6in(8mm), the deduction from the specified percentage of elongation in 8 in(**0mm).
shall be made for decereses of the nominal thickness below 5/*6 in.(8mm).
