Through our early involvement as a member of a strong, proactive project team, we help the Client develop project goals related to scope, budget, schedule, and level of quality. Consulting services include estimating, value engineering, construct ability reviews, scheduling, site utilization and logistics, phasing analysis, and bid packaging recommendations. Services are provided on a custom basis as needed for a negotiated fee.
