In the aluminum alloys die-casting section cold chamber casting machines are mounted with the locking force of **0 to **0 tons, used for the production of thin-walled complicated castings, which are approximate finished parts. If required the casting surface goes through grit blasting or hydro-buffing. The finishing treatment is made by milling, turning and grinding machines. The quality of produced parts is assured by up-to-date production technologies, and also by the abstemious control system as to the technology process, alloys quality (spectrum analysis), geometrical dimensions, mechanical tests.
