This production line is mainly applied to manufacture polyurethane-or phenol-laminated sandwich panel with aluminum foil facings used for making central air-conditioning ducts, which can also manufacture the panels with flexible facings such as brown paper, aluminum foil reinforced paper, etc. It is a kind of specialized equipment for producing laminated panels with the middle layer of anti-combustion polyurethane or polyisocyanurate or phenolic polyfoam and with aluminum foil as the top and bottom face layers. The laminated panel is between *0 and *0 mm in thickness, ***0mm in width, length determined by the customer. The panel is mainly used as the ventilation pipe for central air-conditioners. Different insulating panels with other soft facing layers could also be produced on the line.
