This is an offer to sell my U.S. Patent rights to this revolutionary wheelbarrow that has unique capabilities compared to conventional wheelbarrows. Some of those new capabilities are: 1.) It has greater load carrying capability, because it has wheels on the rear in place of the struts normally found on conventional wheelbarrows. Although this wheelbarrow can be used in the same way that a conventional wheelbarrow can be used, it can also be moved in cart-like fashion with it riding on all of its wheels. It also has a pulling ring which enables one person to pull it while another person pushes it with it riding on all wheels. 2.) It can get over obstructions, such as steps, curbs or logs in its path easier, since the user does not have to turn the wheelbarrow around and pull it backward up and over the obstruction. 3.) It can turn in a smaller radius by using its rear wheels as the turning pivot point, rather than the front wheel such as with a conventional wheelbarrow. 4.) Since its rear wheels have brakes that automatically lock, this wheelbarrow can rest on a sloped surface without fear of it coasting away on its own. This wheelbarrow can be built using many of the components, such as cargo tray, handles, wheels and fasteners that are already being used to build conventional wheelbarrows. Much of the tooling now being used by manufacturers to build wheelbarrows can also be used. I have already designed, tested and patented this wheelbarrow, so that should reduce the R&D costs of a buyer acquiring the exclusive rights to this patent offering. I have already had prospective users see this product and use it. They are all excited about it and would like to buy it when it becomes available. Manufacturers that currently make wheelbarrows can use their existing channels to distribute this product. Whoever chooses to invest in the rights to this patent will greatly increase their share of the wheelbarrow market. Price is negotiable, so not shown.
