I General Description Model MDG nitrogen filler (referred to as filler hereinafter) can be used for filling nitrogen to cylinders to be pressurized by nitrogen in the manufacturers of fire fighting equipment. For instance, after the cylinder is filled with dry powder, inactive gas-nitrogen has to be filled for pressurization. When the dry powder cylinder is used for putting out a fire, the dry powder will be sprayed quickly to the flame together with the pressurized nitrogen to extinguish the fire promptly. The filler is made up of the constant pressure control filing system and features safety and reliability, simple operation, high efficiency and great precision of filling pressure. Therefore it is an ideal filling device for manufacturers and maintenance works of fire fighting equipment at present. 1. The filling device should be taken care of by special person and checked regularly. 2. The filling device should be erected at a dry place with good ventilation. 3. When the power can�t be turned on, open the back door of the cabinet to check if the leakage protector has tripped. If so, use the magneto-ohmmeter to check if the external insulation resistance on **0V power line is smaller than *0M. Faulty components should be detected and removed before filling is continued. 4. As the pressure of pipe gas is great, the connections should be tightened and sealed in case of leakage.
