SOLKA FLOC can be used to replace DE in pool and spa filters, or as
a precoating agent to optimise filtration. In cartridge and sand
filters it acts as a precoating filter aid to improve water
clarity.
1kg of SOLKA FLOC can replace at least 3kg of DE, with shorter cycle of backwash and recharging required due to higher filtration rate.
Filter time is also reduced when comparing to DE alone cycles. SOLKA FLOC is a green material, friendly to the environment and a renewable source. With less time required for backwash, lower usage of filter aid and extended cycle times, you can enjoy savings and spend less time maintaining your pool or spa.
